الشروط | Job Requirements
From 4 to 6 years of experience.
Very good English language level.
Experience in Performance management, Recruitment and selection, Training and Organizational Development.
Candidates must have a vision.
Leadership skills are a must; candidates with previous student activities experience are preferable.

Consult with line management and provide daily HR guidance.
Suggest and implement new HR strategies.
Write contracts for promotions, transfers, and new hires in collaboration with department management.
Develop and be responsible for executing a recruitment plan as well as the overall process (sourcing, screening and interviewing).
Responsible for the personnel work, including following up on the benefits (insurance ..etc).
