الوصف الوظيفي

Implement recruitment policy to ensure professional and qualified candidates are recruited

Implementing all personnel administration of employees.

Responsible for enhancing the communication between the management and the employees are informed of all info related to their job and rights.

Monitor turnover and satisfaction of employees and develop action plans to ensure employee retention and satisfaction.

Maintain knowledge of the legal requirements and government regulations affecting HR functions to ensure compliance with labor laws.

Works on developing and improving company compensation and benefits.

Provides coaching and counseling for all teams in the stations.

Administer performance evaluation in the station.

Implementing action plans to fulfill the set HR strategies and objectives in coordination with the HR manager.

Handling the payroll process for the station.

المهارات

Bachelor degree in a related field

English proficiency

Computer proficiency

5-7 years’ experience in HR Field

HR Diploma, any extra studies in HR

Knowledge of local labor law
